mejadi :

dan tambahkan :

 Allow @LOCAL
pada baris setelah Order allow,deny

 # Restrict access to the server...
 <Location />
   Order allow,deny
 </Location>
dan
 # Restrict access to the admin pages...
 <Location /admin>
   Order allow,deny
 </Location>

sehingga menjadi :
 # Restrict access to the server...
 <Location />
   Order allow,deny
   Allow @LOCAL
 </Location>
dan
 # Restrict access to the admin pages...
 <Location /admin>
   Order allow,deny
   Allow @LOCAL
 </Location>
